Enquiries and support records are stored on our hosting account and are accessible to authorised staff. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. We do not sell enquiry or ticket information.
Retention and requests
We keep records only as long as needed for the enquiry, service and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will consider any legal obligation to retain a record. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and service guide
This website uses an essential session cookie for forms and sign-in. It does not load advertising trackers or external analytics by default. The built-in service guide matches questions to published service information. If AI mode is enabled, it asks permission before sending your question and our public service catalogue to OpenAI. Do not enter personal or confidential information. Our AI requests disable response storage; OpenAI’s own API data handling policies also apply. Ticket and enquiry records are not sent to the AI guide.
